If you don't know about All-For-Body-101 we are an online free personal assistant for weight training and getting fit from your own home.
We have a channel on YouTube with 4 great video's so far on 4 different H.I.T training exercises explaining step by step how to do them and then showing you how to do them , the 5Th one is out soon and there is lots more to come.
